Hi, I’m Lisa.
I help tech organizations deliver impactful and meaningful products that improve the user experience and achieve business goals.
Experience That Delivers
With a career spanning media, federal government technology consulting, and the nonprofit world, I bring a deep blend of product strategy, user experience insight, and agile delivery expertise.
I specialize in leading cross-functional teams through complex technical initiatives, translating between business needs and technical constraints to keep both tracks aligned and moving forward.
Known for coaching teams, navigating stakeholder dynamics, and pitching high-impact ideas to leadership, I thrive at the intersection of strategy, execution, and communication — ensuring that every project not only ships, but resonates with users and delivers real value.

Sandbox
I recently did some iterative prompting with an AI chatbot to create a learning plan for gaining fluency in data and AI.
I refined the initial plan it offered to focus on specific areas where I want to grow. I’ve since been up-skilling on machine learning, other AI types, and all things data through a series of articles, book chapters, and podcast episodes.
My learning plan includes practice exercises, as well, that I’m using as homework for each week/module, and they’ve been helping cement what I’m learning through consumption.
If there is a topic you want to learn more about I recommend using an AI chatbot to create a personalized learning plan for yourself. The process of creating and refining your plan is a good opportunity to practice human-in-the-loop prompting, an increasingly important skill in the workplace.
What’s your favorite term to describe the back-and-forth prompting and refinement loops with an AI chatbot? Write to me to let me know and I’ll post the most intriguing ones.
